What to do with a shot that just dosent work as a colour image. Converting the shot to black and white is a quick and effective way to drop the colour and use the tones in the image to your advantage. Taking things one step further and adding a colour tint to the image can really set it apart from the others.
This tutorial looks at converting the image to B&W and then adding a Duotone correctly to your image and then finished off with some additional photoshop post production to enhance effect.
